The menu covers haircuts, bang trims, shampoo and styles, and a broad range of color, including balayage, highlights, all-over and root retouch color, Vivid Veggie Dyes and corrective color. Bleach and tone services are available as touch-ups, with haircut or without, or as full services. Corrective color and first-time bleach and tone clients are asked to book a consultation first, since corrective work varies a great deal in service and price. Great Lengths extensions also start with a consultation before hand tied installation.
Several policies shape the visit. A touch-up trim is complimentary within four weeks of a haircut; after that, a bang trim is booked. Roots with more than 1.5 inches of regrowth need a full bleach and tone service rather than a touch-up. Clients with a lot of hair can take a 30-minute extra time block at no charge. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and shorter notice incurs a 50 percent charge.
Hair treatments include deep conditioning and an R+Co Concentrate add-on that can go with a haircut or color service. Hair Sparkles come in 5, 10, 20 and 30 strand options. Calico uses R+Co products throughout.
