The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Appointments outside regular hours carry an after-hours fee.

A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Lash extension sets are timed differently by style. A classic full set takes about 165 minutes, a volume full set about 210 minutes, and a wet set full set about 165 minutes, with the price starting at $165. Two-week fills of classic or volume lashes take about two hours at $85. Wet set refills require at least 40% of the extensions to remain on the natural lashes. Extension removal uses a cream that loosens the adhesive, takes about 30 minutes, and requires a $15 deposit for new clients.
