Prices depend on the stylist's experience, curl length, density and condition, and are agreed before the service starts. When no appointment time is open, guests can join a waitlist and are notified by text and email, with the first person scheduled getting the spot.

Signature services include the Essentials, a curly cut that removes buildup from hard water and minerals, followed by an intensive hydrating treatment and finish drying. The Ultimate Curls experience pairs a custom curly cut with a cleanse, condition and style, plus a discussion of a refresh routine. Premier Wash and Go uses a Malibu C treatment to remove buildup, then hydration, styling and finish drying. Highlights are done with a curly technique designed for curly hair in place of traditional foiling.
