Facials are built around the individual. The Signature Custom facial is a 60-minute customized treatment with deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, customized enzymes and masks, LED therapy, and a neck and shoulder massage with aromatherapy. The Advanced Custom facial runs 90 minutes and adds dermaplaning when suitable, cryo globe massage and a heated eye mask. The Linder Health Chemical Peel is tailored to each client and aimed at acne, discoloration, congestion and uneven texture, and a consultation is required before booking it. Specific facials are also offered for acne-prone or sensitive skin, firmness and fine lines, teens, men and the back.
Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume extensions, with full sets and fills. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks. A fill at two weeks requires at least half of the extensions to remain, and the three-week fill requires half. A quick express fill is for existing clients only and is not meant to replace a full fill. Lashes applied by another artist can be maintained with an out-of-studio fill, where the lash condition is assessed first and a removal and full set may be needed. Lash removal is available and is recommended before a new full set or a break from extensions.
The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Sundays. Amenities include a snack bar, WiFi and free parking, and English is the spoken language. The business lists itself as not kid friendly. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service, a no-call, no-show is charged the full amount, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or cancel the appointment. Fees go to the card on file, and a declined card suspends booking until the balance is paid. Payment is accepted by American Express, cash, debit cards, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
