Cactus Jacq is run by founder Jacquie Hallett, a licensed skin care therapist who also works as an herbalist, brow specialist and sugarist. The studio offers botanical facials, sugaring, brow services, and herbal classes and consultations for skin care and wellness.

Facials use whole plant ingredients and organic products chosen for purpose and gentleness on the skin. The Bespoke Botanical Facial is made in-house from cold pressed organic botanicals and oils. Add-ons such as facial cupping, a jasmine rice and Florida botanical compress, and an herbal foot soak can be paired with services.

New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early or complete intake forms online beforehand, and separate intake forms are available for sugaring and facials. Hours are Monday 10 am to 3 pm and 4:30 to 8 pm, Thursday and Friday 10 am to 3 pm and 4 to 8 pm, and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm, with the studio closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
