Visits are booked by appointment only through the Book Now link on the salon's website. Clients can reach the salon by call or text, as direct messages on Instagram and Facebook are not answered. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and the salon is closed Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The menu runs from razor cuts and men's and women's cuts through blow dry styling, semi-permanent and custom color, lived-in color, traditional foil highlights and waxing for lips, eyebrows and the face. Lived-in color is a major focus, with customized, low-maintenance results, and the highlight menu notes that gloss is included in highlight services.
New guests complete a questionnaire before booking and send current photos of their hair along with a goal photo. A one-time $50 deposit is applied to the first service, and it is refunded if the appointment is cancelled within the required notice period. Guests may not bring additional people to an appointment.
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, given by text. Last-minute cancellations are charged 50% of the service fees, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee. No-shows cannot book future appointments, and the salon applies a strict no-exceptions policy to reservations.
A single-stylist, appointment-only practice focused on personalized attention and customized, low-maintenance looks. The salon says it uses modern techniques and high-quality products and keeps training to stay current.
The salon aims for clients to leave feeling confident, beautiful and pampered.
