Cryotherapy is the foundation of the practice, and the business says it has provided it for nearly nine years. Whole body sessions take place in a chamber cooled to between -170°F and -270°F for up to three minutes, and sessions run about two to three and a half minutes. A chamber operator, certified to monitor sessions, watches each one and keeps the client's head above the nitrogen level. Clients wear socks, slippers and gloves. The business recommends two to three sessions per week for the most from the treatment and describes cryotherapy as more comfortable than an ice bath; those are its own claims. A trial session and a single session are both offered.

Esthetic services begin with a skin analysis and consultation, and each treatment is tailored to the client. The skincare line used throughout is Lira Clinical, built on natural botanicals, plant stem cells, peptides, vitamins, minerals and probiotics. HIEMT body sculpting and body contouring packs, which pair equal numbers of sauna and cryotherapy sessions, are also offered. Injectable and body sculpting prices vary, and a free phone consultation is available. Memberships come in Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels, individual or shareable, at $49 to $249 per month. They are mix-and-match, require a 60-day commitment, and unused sessions do not roll over.
