The lash menu covers the full range of extension work: classic, wet, hybrid, volume and wispy styles, along with a wispy add-on that is applied to a full set. Fills are timed to the set they follow. A classic fill is booked two to three weeks after a full set, and a weekly mini fill must be booked within seven days of the previous visit. Lashes that were not applied at the salon can be filled as well, but only after a consultation. Removal of existing extensions is also offered.
Lash appointments run from about one to three hours, during which the client lies back with eyes closed. To get the most from a visit, clients are asked to arrive with no makeup on their lashes or eyelids, to avoid caffeine right before the appointment if possible, and to come without extra guests if possible. Clients who arrive ten minutes or later are asked to reschedule.
Booking terms are set out plainly. All purchases are final and no refunds are given. A 40 percent cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
