Manicures and pedicures come in several tiers. The shortest manicure takes about 20 minutes and covers disinfected hands, cuticle care, a lotion massage and polish. Longer options add hand exfoliation, paraffin, a shoulder and hand massage, or a collagen treatment with a CBD hand and shoulder massage. Pedicures run from about 30 minutes to 75 minutes, with callus treatment, exfoliation, warm towels, masks and massage built into the higher tiers. A hot stone massage is available as an optional add-on to pedicures, and the CBD pedicure can include a CBD hot stone massage.

Nail enhancements cover Gel X, gel builder (hard gel), tap gel, pink and white sets, dipping powder, powder sets and special shapes including coffin, tapered square, almond and stiletto. Acrylic full sets, refills and dipping powder are listed under their own heading. Collagen treatment, extra length and added tips are available as enhancements, and nail art and polish changes are offered as add-ons.

Facials include a Microzone treatment that can be targeted to a specific concern, an AGE Smart facial, an acne treatment facial, microdermabrasion facials and a photo facial, with a combined microdermabrasion and photo facial also offered. Waxing covers the face, brows, lips, arms, legs, underarms and bikini and Brazilian areas, along with a men's menu of back, chest, AB and eyebrow waxing. Massage is offered as Swedish or deep tissue, in several session lengths.

The salon recommends booking nail services every two to three weeks, waxing every three to six weeks and facials every four to six weeks. Online appointments can be booked up to 12 hours ahead; same-day bookings, changes and cancellations are handled by phone. All services are non-refundable, but a five-day guarantee applies to powder, dipping powder and shellac. Regular polish is excluded from that guarantee. Gift cards are available, and a refreshment bar offers cocktails, wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

The salon follows sanitation guidelines for beauty spas and says its tools are sterilized. It suggests a regular schedule for nails, waxing and facials so that services stay on track between visits.
