Bridal trials are held at the in-home studio in South Philadelphia, on Wednesdays and Thursdays only, and are usually scheduled two to four months ahead. The business recommends booking six to eighteen months before the wedding. Contracts made six months or less before the date are signed first and the trial is held closer to the day. Booking requires a signed contract, a consent form, a credit card authorization form, pre-trial prep instructions and a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit within five business days. That deposit covers the bride's trial and day-of services. A date is held once a contract is issued, with a courtesy hold during the paperwork period. Trials are not guaranteed for anyone other than the bride, and a second trial costs more.

On-site wedding service has stated minimums: $1,950 with Charlotte and a Lead Stylist, and $2,600 with a Lead Artist and a Lead Stylist. Adding an artist or stylist costs $150 each, plus travel and parking, subject to schedule. The business does not offer discounts. Headcount must be confirmed six months before the event, and changes within 90 days still require full payment. Substitutions in the bridal party are allowed, but day-of additions of hair or make-up cannot be accommodated.

Make-up is applied by hand, with no airbrush option. Time allotted for the bride's make-up is 120 minutes with Charlotte and 60 to 75 minutes with a Lead Artist. Touch-ups during an event run a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four, at $150 per hour per artist or stylist, and begin an hour after day-of services. They must be booked six or more months ahead and are not guaranteed. Full balance for day-of services is due two weeks before the wedding. Payment is accepted by cash, check, credit card or Venmo, and credit cards carry a 3.8% processing fee. Other guests' cards are not accepted on the wedding day; the card on file covers add-ons such as extensions placement or lip product purchases. A tip is not included, and a 20% gratuity per service is customary at the client's discretion.
