Braid options include men's braids, stitch braids or quick weave, and jumbo knotless braids, with hair provided for most braid styles. Locs come as soft locs or as Birdie bob locs, which are handmade from scratch with texturized hair wrapped to form the loc look and typically last one to three months with maintenance. Two-strand twists, sleek and up-down ponytails, and wash and blow dry appointments round out the menu.

Microloc work is the main focus. Natural microloc starter prices cover 4 to 5 inches of hair, and extension starter prices cover 10 inches, with added charges for each extra inch. A microloc consultation can be done virtually for $26, and it is required before installation and stays valid for 30 days. Hair must be at least 4 inches long all over to book a consultation, and retie is recommended every 4 to 8 weeks.

Booking and payment follow set rules. Monthly availability opens on the 25th for the following month, and Monday appointments carry a fee with no guaranteed availability. Evening appointments at 5 PM or later and emergency, last-minute or holiday bookings add fees. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the service, the balance is paid in cash or by Zelle, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available with a 6% fee. Late arrivals, cancellations within 168 hours and no-shows carry charges, and styles cannot be changed after booking without cancelling and rebooking. Extra guests are not allowed in the salon, and children may come in only if they are being serviced.

Appointments are planned in advance, with pricing listed by style and hair length and consultations used before microloc installations.
