Prices are set by style, size and length, and the listed services show a price and an approximate appointment time for each. For example, small knotless braids at mid-back length are listed at $285 for about 4.5 hours, while small Boho knotless braids at waist length are listed at $650 for about 9 hours.

Good preparation makes a big difference for these styles, so the studio gives specific instructions. Hair should be washed and blow dried before the appointment, and oil or heavy moisturizers should be avoided beforehand. Knotless braids need at least 4 inches of hair. Some Boho and waist-length styles require two packs of curly human hair that the client supplies, dropped off two to three days before the appointment for prep. Sew-in and Fulani braid services do not include bundles in the price, and miracle knot styles call for 170 to 200 pieces. When booking micro braids, clients choose a hair color for prep.

Scheduling is set by time of day. Morning appointments begin between 5am and 7:30am, and afternoon appointments begin between noon and 1pm. Micro braid appointments start at 5am. A 30% deposit holds the booking and is non-refundable. It is paid through PayPal, or by texting the owner for Cash App or Apple Pay, and it is subtracted from the day's charge. The remaining balance is paid in cash, and a service fee on the deposit is added to that balance.

Lateness and cancellation rules are firm. A client who arrives 15 minutes late is charged an extra $25 for the day. A client who is 30 minutes late loses the appointment and the deposit. Rescheduling is not accepted within 12 hours of the appointment, and a no-show also loses the deposit.
