The studio uses only Dermwax Elite Naked Pro. It describes itself as cruelty-free and vegan-friendly, with an emphasis on overall skin health, and aims to be a professional, safe and welcoming place for clients.

The menu is organized as single-area services and combination packages. Single areas start at $25 for underarms or the lower half of the stomach, and full leg waxing is $115. Combinations run from $30 for ear and nose up to $170 for brow, underarm, Brazilian and lower legs. Brow waxing is open only to existing brow clients at $27. Bikini line, bikini full, Brazilian, full leg, upper leg, butt full and butt strip services are listed for clients with a vagina only.

Appointments are held Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM; the studio is closed on weekends. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Product pickup is available by booking or texting, without a service, using a card on file or other payment.

Clients should review the studio's policies before booking. A 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and services longer than one hour need at least 48 hours' notice to cancel. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling, with a 50% late fee. A no-call, no-show is charged the full scheduled price. Pets, children and extra guests, including those joining by FaceTime, are not permitted during appointments, and photos or videos are not allowed in the suite without prior consent.
