The studio operates inside REFINE Nails & Spa on 7th Avenue in Seattle, and bookings are made through a Vagaro page under the 7th Ave REFINE location. Beyond lashes, brows and permanent makeup, the business lists beauty styling, yoga and a pop-up makeup booth among its offerings.

Lash and brow appointments are offered Tuesday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm, by special request. Appointments are strongly encouraged. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup or lotions on the lash and brow area, and they can send photos of the look they want by text, email or Instagram before the visit. Children and pets are not allowed, so clients are asked to come alone.

Parking is free in the Amazon Reinvent Garage at 8th Ave and Blanchard, and it is validated with a parking slip.

Cancellations and reschedules need to be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows and same-day changes are charged the full amount.

Clients can share look photos before their appointment so the work can be planned around the result they have in mind.
