Bookings for wedding dates are usually made six to twelve months ahead, with May and September filling fastest. Regular events are best booked one to two months out. A bridal preview, a combined hair and makeup session, gives the couple time to talk through the dress, accessories, theme and personal preferences before the wedding. Wedding day makeup and hair usually takes two to two and a half hours, and the preview runs about two and a half to three hours.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday bridal dates require a booking of the bride plus at least one other person for hair and makeup, or a minimum spend of $850 applies. A travel assistant fee of $175 each applies to larger bridal parties, and parking is not included.

Bridal and bridal party makeup includes false lashes, and bridal makeup comes with a custom touch-up kit. Hair work can be styled as curls, waves, half-up looks, sleek styles or updos, and clip-in extension placement is included with bridal hair when clients bring their own extensions. The business uses professional-grade products selected for skin type and preference, chosen to last through long events and to photograph well. It works with a wide range of skin tones, textures and features.
