Services are grouped under hair. Cut appointments run from a 15-minute bang trim to a 90-minute haircut, with a 105-minute extended cut for long or thick hair, significant length removal, major shape changes, and all bob haircuts. Blowouts, a short hair treatment for hydration, strength, softness and shine, and several color services are also offered, from grey coverage at the roots to full transformation color.

Booking requires at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Later cancellations or reschedules are charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full. No-shows may be asked to keep a card on file or prepay for future bookings. Highlight services require a deposit, from $35 for a partial highlight up to $55 for transformation color.
