Facials are built from a mix of modalities, technologies and custom protocols, and treatments can be stacked. The studio offers three facial levels: the Graceful Skin Mini, a 30-minute five-step facial without extractions or facial massage; the Graceful Skin Classic, a one-hour facial for women looking for a refreshed appearance; and the Graceful Skin Signature, a one-hour-30-minute customized facial that addresses age management, dark spots and a compromised skin barrier.

New clients add a free 30-minute New Client Consultation to their first facial, and the consultation is also recommended for anyone who has not had a facial in more than six months. For clients who want help at home, the studio offers virtual skincare consultations, including The Graceful Skin Method, a one-hour session that reviews skin, current products and daily habits and produces a new skin plan, with optional 30-minute biweekly follow-ups.

The shop also sells professional skincare from several brands and a free digital skincare starter guide for women 40 and over.

Treatments are customized using a combination of modalities, technologies and custom protocols, with stackable options built around each client's skin.
