Every client starts with a consultation and receives a quote, because pricing depends on the service, hair type, the result wanted and how much hair is needed. Consultations are required for first-time clients and for anyone moving to a new extension method before an install. The consultation fee is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. If a custom wig is bought within 14 days of a consultation, the fee is taken off the unit cost.

Extensions are available in tape-in, hand-tied and genius weft, I-tip or microlink, and keratin K-tip, micro and invisible fusion methods. The hair is 100% virgin human hair, matched to each client's texture, curl pattern and color, and it is sold separately from the installation service. Refusion is a maintenance session needed every 4 to 6 weeks for extensions and is priced by the appointment.

Cosmetic wigs and cranial prostheses are requested through a quote form. Quotes are emailed within 48 to 72 hours, and submitting the form does not reserve a production slot or confirm an order. The studio can help with insurance eligibility questions and reimbursement guidance for cranial prosthesis clients. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with some options at 0% APR subject to eligibility.
