The services center on Builder Gel and Gel-X enhancements, with the aim of helping natural nails grow to a client's chosen length. New clients start with a full set, existing clients book fills, and anyone with nails from another technician books a soak off alongside their first full set. Gel manicures and a dry cuticle care and shape are also available, and Gel-X fills are usually booked three to four weeks after the first application.
Clients who want nail art select it alongside a Builder Gel, Gel-X or gel manicure. There are four levels, ranging from basic patterns on a handful of nails to hand-painted characters. A full French tip can be included with Builder Gel or regular gel. If a different level is needed, it can be changed during the appointment.
Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount, which may be charged to the card on file. Booking an appointment means agreeing to this policy.
Appointments are sequenced by where a client is in their enhancement history, so new clients begin with a full set and existing clients keep up with fills.
