The menu is broad. Brow services include waxing, a vegan brow tint in a range of shades, and lamination for brows that hold for up to eight weeks. Facials run from a 30-minute express cleanse to a 1 hour 15 minute customizable treatment, with options for acne, sensitive or irritated skin, uneven tone, and resurfacing. Other offerings include a 30-minute hand treatment, microneedling alone or with exosomes, a three-session microneedling package, and a superficial hydroxy-acid peel with no downtime.

The studio sells its own skincare line, including cleansers, a retinol emulsion, a repair cream, an SPF 40 and a lip treatment. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unworn, unused items with tags and proof of purchase, and they must be requested by email first.

The studio is open Monday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays.

Treatments are customized to each client, with unhurried appointments and a focus on visible change. The studio does not use a one-size-fits-all method.
