Bookings can be made online. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment, but it is not charged for the service. Waxing visits open with a short consultation so the right wax can be chosen, and hard wax is used for more sensitive areas such as the bikini line, face and underarms. Lash fills are offered to returning clients, and a fill booked within 4 weeks of the previous set receives the discounted price; after 4 weeks a removal is needed before a new set at regular price.

The studio offers classic and volume lash sets, with the BW Allure classic set described as more subtle than the volume set and more defined than a natural set. Volume sets use the Russian volume technique for a fuller look. Lash lifts, tints and removal are also available, and brow shaping and brow tinting can be added to many lash services as combinations.

Clients are asked to arrive for lash appointments without makeup and to avoid mascara or oil-based products around the eyes. Aftercare includes keeping lashes dry for at least 24 hours and avoiding steam and sleeping on the stomach, especially in the first day.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The studio is closed Sunday and Monday.

The studio describes itself as hygiene focused and teaches clients a daily at-home lash cleaning routine.
