The salon is built for children, including infants and toddlers. Chairs are fun-themed, there are play areas, and the decor is bright and colorful. Appointments are unhurried, and stylists move at each child's pace, explaining tools in kid-friendly language. Toys and movies are offered to keep children occupied during cuts. Parents are asked to tell staff about a child's specific needs when they arrive, and on request a visit can skip the cape, dim the lights or slow down. For children sensitive to the sound of water, stylists can do dry cuts.

Parents, teens and adults are welcome for their own haircuts too. Family and sibling pricing covers parent and child pairs and sibling pairs in one appointment, and a Family Haircut Package lets a whole family be styled together; that package is listed without a price. Parents receive complimentary drinks during family services. A dedicated Hair Rescue time slot is set aside for fixing hair mishaps and working through difficult mats.

Milestone services include a Child's First Haircut, which comes with a keepsake lock of hair and a commemorative photo. The salon suggests a first cut between 6 months and 2 years of age, though it sets no strict age requirement. Aqiqah and Mundan head shaves are performed with clippers only and include a keepsake of the child's first hair. Cultural styling, including braids and twists, is also offered.

Glitz & Giggles parties are themed celebrations with fancy updos, glitter, sparkle makeup and spa-inspired treatments, and the services can be brought to the party location. Packages run two hours and include eight kids, with extra kids available for a fee. Parties are recommended to be booked two to three weeks ahead and can be customized. Party room rental is available by the hour with a two-hour minimum.

Walk-ins are accepted, but booking ahead is recommended to reduce waits, especially on weekends. Online booking is available at both locations. Cancellations need at least two hours' notice, and appointments have a five-minute grace period after which a late arrival may need to reschedule or have the service adjusted. The salon does not offer chemical hair coloring or lightening. Gift cards can be bought through the website. Hours are Monday to Friday 10AM to 6PM, Saturday 9AM to 6PM and Sunday 10AM to 6PM.
