Butterflywax spa

Butterflywax spa is a waxing business located in Suite 14 at 2716 NW 79th Street in Miami. Services are grouped by body area, including arms, back, body, legs, stomach, buttocks, Brazilian, face and facials, with a separate Specials group for promotional offers.

Booking is done in advance. Services must be paid in full when booked, and a $20 deposit, which is non-refundable, is taken at that time and applied toward the service. Clients upload a photo of their license before the visit, and the name on the license must match the name on the booking. The license address can be covered in the photo.

Rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 48 hours' notice, and the same deposit carries over. Changes made within 48 hours require a new deposit. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period with a $10 late fee; after that the appointment is cancelled. Promotional bookings are lost, along with the deposit, if the client arrives late. VIP appointments, booked for Sundays, after business hours or holidays, carry an extra $40 fee on top of the deposit and service fee. All services include complimentary drinks and snacks. The booking rules are available in Spanish as well as English.
