Full sets come in short, medium, long and extra long lengths, in acrylic or gel. Medium and longer sets include two designs, while the short set includes one. Freestyle sets leave the design to the artist while the client chooses the color, and pricing follows length. French sets are done in one color without stones or designs. Ombre sets use two colors of acrylic and include a two-finger design.

For a more elaborate look, the menu includes encapsulation sets with options such as flowers, foil, glitter, butterflies and money, which take about two hours. Full Set Bling is a three-hour service with pricing by length. Double tips, nail art add-ons and the Butterfly Special full set, which has a finger design on each hand, round out the designed options.

Maintenance services include refills, with a $5 charge for each missing nail, overlays with gel polish included, polish changes for fingers and toes, soak off, shaping or cutting down length, and nail repair, which is priced according to length.

Arrival policies are set out clearly. Clients get a 15-minute grace period; arrivals beyond that carry a $15 late fee, and appointments are canceled if a client is more than 30 minutes late. Children and extra guests are not allowed unless they are being serviced.
