New clients begin with a free 25-minute one-on-one skin assessment that leads to a customized treatment plan. The first facial for a new client is the New Client Facial, which includes a consultation and a tailored treatment, and it is required before any other facial.

The facial menu runs from a barrier-supporting hydration facial and a teen-focused facial built around breakouts, oil balance and skincare habits, through to a refining facial for low to moderate concerns and a corrective facial for more advanced ones such as persistent acne and hyperpigmentation. Chemical peels and a Korean resurfacing peel address texture, congestion, scarring and uneven tone.
