Booking runs on deposits. Deposits are sent by Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App, count toward the service, and carry a $1 to $6 card or transfer fee. Deposits are non-refundable unless the business is at fault, and a client may reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice.

Visits are one client at a time, with no overlapping appointments, no walk-ins, no waiting area, and no guests or children. Clients should arrive with hair already washed, blow dried and free of products. Lace must be dropped off on a Sunday or Monday by 8 PM before a wig, frontal or closure booking, or an extra $50 is added to the balance. Clients supply their own lace, with HD lace recommended, and hair store lace is not accepted. Wigs and lace brought on the day of the appointment are not accepted.

Listed hours are Tuesday 10:30 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday 8 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 3:30 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. Squeeze-in appointments are booked by text only, at an additional $100.

Works one client at a time and sets clear rules before the appointment: deposits, lace dropped off in advance, and hair washed and product-free on arrival.
