Service times vary by type: a classic manicure takes about 45 minutes, a pedicure about 60 minutes, basic nail art about 30 minutes, and advanced nail art between 60 and 90 minutes. Prices for French designs depend on shape, color and effect, and the Acrylic But First Set is priced according to the design chosen. For sculpted medium and full acrylic sets, the listed price covers a cover color only, and design work is added. Acrylic refills with gel polish or length changes are charged separately.

The salon uses high-quality hard gel and premium materials for its nail services. When a soak off is needed, the product is drilled off, and the salon uses Magic Remover when necessary. The salon says it follows sanitation protocols it describes as medical-grade.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and is closed on Sundays. Appointments can be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty, though last-minute cancellations may carry a fee. Payment is accepted in cash, by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or by bank transfer.

Clients can park for free at the salon, and public parking is available nearby. A bus stop is two blocks away, the nearest metro station is Centro, and the salon is wheelchair accessible.

Each design begins with a personalized consultation to plan the look, then moves through preparation, art and design, and a sealing finish.
