Waxing is the core of the menu. Body services use soft wax, with hard wax used for Brazilians, and sugaring is offered as an alternative. The sugaring is a warm paste applied by hand, made from sugar, water and lemon juice, and the studio describes it as gentler on sensitive skin. The extended Brazilian is the service the studio calls its most popular, and it does not allow substitutions. A full body wax special at $100 covers half legs, a Brazilian and underarms, and is wax only.

Visit rules are set for privacy and safety. All clients must show a valid state-issued ID, and first-time clients also show ID and sign a legal waiver and consent form. Clients under 17 are not accepted, and 17-year-olds must come with a parent. Children are not allowed in the studio, and only the client receiving a service may be in the treatment room. Phones, laptops and tablets stay out of the treatment room, and outside food and drink are not allowed. The studio is under 24-hour surveillance and the door stays locked during a service. Clients should tell the esthetician about any retinol, AHA or acne medication used on the face or taken orally.

Lateness is handled with a three-minute grace period. Arrivals after that are treated as no-shows and charged for the booked services. Payment is due in full once the service is finished.
