Appointments are booked through the Glossgenius online system, and the studio can also be reached by phone, text or email.

Lash work covers individual, hybrid and volume styles. Cashmere sets use Premium Cashmere flat lashes and include them at no extra charge. Hybrid sets mix individual and volume lashes, while Anime or Volume sets use handmade fans, with more fans per eye in the luxe version. Lash lengths run from 8 to 15mm, and curls B, C, D, L and YY are available, with B the most natural and D the most dramatic. Volume and hybrid sets use heat-bonded 3D and 5D silk lashes. Application takes roughly one to two and a half hours, and volume sets take about twice as long as individual ones. Clients who are new to the studio can take 20% off their first lash service. The business states that its eyelash prices are lower than those of average lash salons in Manhattan, which is its own claim. Refills must fall within set windows, from 4 to 7 days for a one-week refill to 22 days for a new set.

Nail services use structured gel, dry manicuring and Russian cuticle care, and the business describes its gel products as non-toxic. Nail art ranges from simple designs to detailed 3D work, with real Swarovski crystals in the most detailed tier. Bio sculpted gel extensions and GelX are offered, and a sculpted gel extension refill is open to existing clients only. Gel removal is available as its own service. Massage and Gua Sha options range from a short hand and foot massage with a hydrating mask to a Gua Sha massage using scalp work and facial Gua Sha techniques. Four Gua Sha packages are available, with per-session savings for purchases of three, five, ten or fifteen sessions. Soft wax services are also offered.

The studio also teaches lash extension technique. A three-day beginner course with one free shadowing day has a course fee of $2,000 plus a $500 kit. A five-day advanced course with three free shadowing days has a course fee of $3,000 plus the same kit. A lash retention masterclass costs $199 with a $100 deposit. Course registration requires a deposit that is deducted from the course fee.

Booking terms ask for a hold of half the full service charge when a new appointment is made, with the balance paid after the service. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or late cancellations incur a 50% fee. Arrivals more than ten minutes late may be rescheduled or turned away if they affect the next client. Gratuity is not included in service charges. Completed services are not refunded, and packages are final sale and cannot be transferred, though remaining value can go toward another service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients can complete the consent form on a smartphone if they arrive late, which takes about four to five minutes.

The studio says the health of clients' natural lashes is its first priority, and that technicians monitor lash health during appointments. It recommends that clients not remove lash extensions at home and offers salon removal using a removal serum applied by a technician.
