Permanent makeup is the core of the studio. Microblading creates hair-like strokes and takes about two hours, while powder brows give a shaded finish and also take about two hours. Combo brows mix hair-like strokes with shading and can be soft or bold. The studio also offers lip blush and eyeliner, and ombre powder brows, which are listed as suitable for all skin types. Aftercare with a healing ointment is provided for powder brows.

For corrective work, brow correction and coverup takes about 90 minutes and requires photos before approval. In most cases the studio can color correct brows that have gone red, blue or green, as long as the pigment is light enough. For older permanent makeup, its Botched Ink saline treatment lightens microblading and tattoo pigment, and most clients see improvement after two to three sessions. Fresh microblading or tattoo emergencies can be addressed if the studio is contacted within 48 hours.

Upkeep is scheduled by time since the first session. A perfecting session can be booked six weeks to 90 days later, a touch-up falls between four and 11 months, and an annual color refresh is for brows done at the studio 12 or more months earlier. Brow services include waxing, a brow and lip wax, brow tinting (a semi-permanent tint that can last several weeks), lamination (about 45 minutes, waxing not included) and lamination with tint. Skin treatments include a 45-minute dermaplaning facial, a 45-minute chemical peel, a 50-minute gentleman's facial designed for men's skin, a 45-minute microneedling treatment (three sessions are recommended for best results) and a custom facial. The studio describes its Korean glass skin facial as designed to hydrate, brighten and restore natural glow.

Before booking, clients can have a complimentary phone consultation to talk through brow shapes, styles and the procedure. Clients with microblading or eyebrow tattoos from another artist email clear photos for approval first, and those with existing permanent makeup submit makeup-free brow photos, with requests staying pending until reviewed. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or arriving 15 minutes late, result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file, and late arrivals lose the appointment. Payments are not refunded.

Permanent makeup is planned around each client's natural coloring and skin type, with a consultation first to talk through shape and procedure. Corrective and lightening options are offered for work done elsewhere.
