The team aims to give each client individualized attention and says its mission is to help clients feel confident and joyful by bringing out their natural beauty. It states a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and quotes LGBTQ+ weddings and bookings at a customized rate on inquiry.

Bridal work is organized into named plans. The Adorable Plan covers three hours of hair and makeup for one look with no touchups, and includes customized false eyelashes, skin prep with an ampoule serum, eyebrow grooming, eyelid shaping, and body foundation. The Buttercup, Classic, and Deluxe plans add touchup hours, with more travel locations and free headpiece or accessory rentals as they go up. The City Hall Elopement Plan is one look over two and a half to three hours, in studio only, on weekdays Monday to Thursday. A Trial and Consultation of three to three and a half hours is held in studio Monday to Thursday and costs $750, but it does not secure the wedding date.

Booking terms: a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed service agreement hold the date, and dates are not reserved without one. The full balance is due even if services are dropped. Travel is quoted by zip code with a $50 minimum per artist. Napa and Sonoma travel starts at $160, Sacramento at $200, and travel beyond the Greater Bay Area requires an inquiry. Early starts before 8am add $100 per hour per artist, up to $400. Parking, tolls, and valet are charged on the final bill. Gratuity is not included in the balance, and payment is accepted by cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Event reservations are first come, first served, and the team asks for vendor meals on work over five hours.
