Bioidentical hormone therapy starts with a detailed consultation and lab testing, and the plan may be delivered as pellets, creams, patches or injections depending on results and goals; it is designed as long-term care with periodic dose adjustments and lab reviews. The weight loss program covers nutritional guidance, exercise recommendations and ongoing follow-ups, typically every four to six weeks for progress tracking and lab reviews. Prescription medication may be added when lifestyle changes alone have not worked, and it is intended as a short-term step. Hormone optimization can be added to the weight loss program as an option.

The General Care Consultation is a 45-minute visit at $175, and the General Care follow-up is 30 minutes at $75. Payment plans are available through Affirm and Cherry, and gift cards are sold in $100, $500 and $1,000 amounts.
