The practice was founded in 2016 and is led by its founder, Meg, and its owner, Margaret Marshall, an esthetician. The business describes itself as a premier acne and skincare clinic and calls its approach results-driven, which are its own claims.

Facials are the core of the menu. A 60-minute Customized Facial is $130 and a 75-minute Advanced Customized Facial is $185. The 90-minute Green Sea Peel and More is $350. Celluma LED light therapy is offered as a facial treatment with no price listed. Other offerings include Liquid Microneedling, also known as Spicules, Carboxy Therapy, which is a two-part oxygenating treatment using a carbon dioxide gel and a treatment mask, and a 25-minute Professional Resurfacing peel at $115 that requires a skin analysis and consultation first.

For acne, the Acne Bootcamp is a program built on Face Reality products. Clients complete a consultation and enrollment before booking, and treatments take place about twice a month. Most people see results across roughly six sessions over three months. The first visit lasts about 1.5 hours and later appointments run 30 to 45 minutes. During the program only Face Reality home care products may be used, and outside skincare is not allowed. The business does not treat acne unless clients are willing to purchase its products.

The Buff Skin Glow Club membership is $125 per month and includes one 60-minute custom facial with extractions and LED each month, the Tier 1 Bio-Reset. Members receive 10% off professional-grade retail products while enrolled and can save $20 on higher-tier resurfacing and structural treatments by paying the upgrade fee at the session. There is an initial three-month commitment with no cancellation during that time. After that, cancelling requires at least seven days written notice before the next billing date. Members may pause for up to two months per calendar year, not during the first three months. Facial credits expire monthly and do not roll over, and unused services are not refunded or prorated. Failed payments must be fixed within five business days or a $50 administrative fee applies.

Booking requires a nonrefundable deposit, and the remaining balance is due at the end of service, payable by cash, credit or debit. Clients have a 15-minute grace period; arriving later brings a 30% charge and the appointment must be rebooked. Cancelling or rescheduling with 24 hours or less notice forfeits the deposit, and a no-call no-show is charged the full service amount. Appointment reminders are sent by text and email. Clients are advised to avoid hoodies, turtlenecks and mock necks, and to stop active ingredients for five to seven days before and after a peel. New clients are asked to book the Bio-Reset Facial and consultation before a resurfacing peel. Children and pets are not permitted.
