Facials are tailored to each client's skin needs. The BSB signature facial starts with a skin evaluation and includes steam, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a mask, face and neck massage, moisturizer, and SPF, with products chosen for skin type and concerns. The Freestyle Facial begins with an in-depth skin analysis and is built around the day's needs, using exfoliation, LED light therapy, ionized oxygen, and high-frequency treatment. Other options include microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, a lift and sculpt anti-aging facial, O2tODerm oxygen dome therapy, and a belly facial designed for expecting mothers that can be done during and after pregnancy.

Permanent makeup brows and lips begin with a consultation, and that fee is applied to the session price. A first session is followed by a touch-up six to eight weeks later to finalize shape and pigment, and annual touch-ups are also available. Makeup options include a makeup lesson, coffee to cocktail makeup, occasion makeup, and bridal makeup, which requires a bridal consultation whose fee goes toward the event balance.
