The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM and on Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Payments are taken through the booking platform, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. New clients booking a Brazilian Blowout, American Wave or Bridal Hair Trial pay a deposit first, at $50, $100 and $50 respectively.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice carry a 50% fee, and repeat cancellations made under 48 hours notice do too. A missed appointment is charged in full, and missed consultations are non-refundable. Clients who arrive late beyond a small grace window will be seen or charged depending on what the schedule allows.

Consultations are encouraged for major color changes or when a client is unsure what suits their hair, and they are required before extension services.
