Every new client begins with a consultation with a provider, so the team can learn what brought them in before suggesting anything. Plans are individualized, and some treatments, such as neurotoxin and EMSculpt NEO sessions, are commonly done as a series. Neurotoxin care runs in planned cycles, with return timing based on product, area and response.

The practice offers guided programs that combine beauty, wellness and treatments around a specific goal, plus Transformation Programs that bring several goals into one guided experience. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 1 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed Wednesday and Sunday.
