B Salon Suites is operated by B Salon Suites LLC and describes itself as a boutique salon suites community that puts beauty and wellness professionals first.

Each suite is private and opens with thumbprint entry. Access to the building is secured and monitored around the clock with a code. Water, electricity and internet are included in the rent, and some suites have an in-suite sink or shampoo bowl. Suites can be customized with branding, signage and a listing in the building directory.

Shared amenities include a first-floor boutique storefront, a modern client lobby, free parking, complimentary coffee, tea and a snack bar, and free on-site laundry access. A private breakroom with a refrigerator, sink and microwave is available to renters.

Pricing is a single all-inclusive rate with no hidden fees, and payment can be made weekly or monthly. Renters are offered a free birthday rental. To rent, applicants must be industry professionals holding an active TDLR cosmetology, barber or specialty license where one applies, and a Mini-Establishment License issued by the State of Texas is required once an application is approved. Suite insurance is recommended but not required.

Tours run Monday through Saturday and must be booked in advance, as walk-in tours are not accepted. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and services are by appointment only.
