The bridal process begins with a consultation and a 90-minute preview held three to four months before the wedding, followed by skin prep customized to each bride. Bridal makeup is designed to wear all day and into the evening, and brides receive a touch-up kit along with prep guides and timelines. The makeup is described as skin-like and built for photography.

Bookings require a signed contract and a retainer. Brides usually reserve 12 to 18 months ahead, since peak season from June through October fills first. The studio takes one wedding per day, and it serves bridal parties as well as brides of all ages, skin tones and ethnicities.

Outside weddings, the studio offers special-occasion sessions for engagement photos, anniversaries and date nights, with lashes and a 90-minute application. In-studio lessons run about three hours and end with a personalized shopping list of products. Clients can also go shopping with the artist at Sephora or Ulta, and the studio does headshot and production makeup. It has worked regularly at Belle Mer, Glen Manor and Boston Park Plaza.

Formulas are chosen and adjusted to each client's skin type and concerns, with an emphasis on long wear and a camera-ready finish.
