Appointments are booked by phone or online, and a credit card is required for every reservation. Consultations happen before every service. Clients must disclose their hair history before any chemical service, including prior over-processing, thermal damage, metallic dyes, henna or vegetable dyes, perms or relaxers, and certain prescription medications. Clients taking prescription medications or receiving cancer treatment are asked to check whether those are compatible with color services first.

Listed prices are starting prices and can change with hair length, thickness and the amount of color or product used. Color and lightener are included up to a standard amount for each service, and extra product is charged by the gram. The salon weighs color and lightener when it is dispensed and again after service. Additional color charges may apply.

Reservations must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance or they are cancelled. Changes made within 24 hours carry a fee of 25 percent of the service and time, and no-call, no-show reservations are charged the full cost of the services and time reserved. Salon services are not refunded, but concerns raised within two days of a visit can be adjusted at no cost within two weeks, with the original stylist, after the hair is inspected. Unused, unopened retail products can be refunded within 7 days, and products at least three-quarters full can be exchanged within 30 days. All brush sales are final.
