A first visit starts with a free consultation covering hair replacement choices, styling, maintenance and cost. The consultation does not diagnose why hair is thinning and does not guarantee that hair will grow back. Appointments are requested rather than instantly booked: sending a request does not secure a time, and the team gets back to the person afterward. The studio operates on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time, and stays closed Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.
