Services are grouped into surgical procedures for the breast, body and face, non-surgical body and face treatments, a skin care center, and reconstruction. Surgical options include rhinoplasty, which can be performed as an open or closed procedure depending on the patient's anatomy, and liposuction, which is offered using traditional tumescent or power-assisted techniques chosen at consultation. Liposuction is available to men as well as women, with surgery time listed at one to four hours and recovery at three to five days, without an overnight hospital stay. Breast surgery planning considers the whole body rather than the breasts alone. The Chevy Chase office has an onsite operating room accredited by the American Association for Ambulatory Health Care, staffed with board-certified anesthesiologists.

The skin care center offers facials, chemical peels, intense pulsed light, micro-needling with PRP, HydraFacial treatments and Perfect Derma peels. The HydraFacial MD menu runs from a 30-minute Signature treatment to a 60-minute Deluxe and a 75-minute Platinum option, and the Red Carpet Facial uses medical grade ZO Skin Health products. Skin care consultations map out an at-home and in-office plan and may recommend skin care or anti-aging procedures. A licensed medical esthetician works with physicians to coordinate skin improvement goals. Non-surgical face treatments include Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, laser skin resurfacing and PRP injections.

A consultation costs $100 and is credited toward future procedures. Add-on services such as masques, dermaplaning and lymphatic drainage must be mentioned at booking so extra time can be scheduled. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The practice publishes separate financial policies for cosmetic and non-insurance procedures and for reconstructive and insurance-covered procedures, offers financing, and provides new patient forms. A free virtual meeting with a treatment coordinator is available for people who want to see more before-and-after photos and ask questions about dermal fillers. The practice participates in the Allē loyalty program.
