The studio says its owner is a certified eyelash extension specialist. Permanent makeup is handled with some care: clients must be at least 18, each candidate gets a good-candidate review, and an in-person consultation is recommended in some situations. Touch-up appointments are not booked until at least 12 months after the last procedure.
The studio is open Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm and on weekends from 10:00am to 6:00pm. It aims to reply to emailed or submitted messages within two hours.
