The brow menu ranges from quick waxing and shaping to lamination, tinting and a men's option, while the lash menu centers on Korean lash lifts, with or without tint. Facial waxing is available as a full face service or as a lip wax on its own.
Brow lamination with shaping and brow lamination with hybrid tint both include mapping and a brow wax. The hybrid tint option takes about 75 minutes. Hybrid Tint + Wax is a shorter 45-minute service that adds a light skin stain to the brow hair for a softer, more natural look, which the studio says lasts five to ten days. Tweeze & Shape is a 45-minute appointment for tweezing and shaping.
Bookings are made online through the GlossGenius page. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, and appointments are cancelled if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations are charged the full fee. Guests are not permitted at appointments, and clients wearing contact lenses should remove them before a lash lift. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on Sunday and Monday.
