Booking requires a $50 deposit that goes toward the service, with the remaining balance due on the day of the appointment. The deposit is non-refundable for a no-show, though an emergency may allow rescheduling. Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours ahead or the deposit is forfeited. Afterpay and Klarna payment plans are available. Appointments usually run two to three hours depending on the service, and nano combo brows take about three and a half hours.

Healing usually takes seven to fourteen days, with full results visible after four to six weeks. Makeup should stay off the brow area until it has fully healed. Touch-ups are recommended six to eight weeks after the first appointment, and are offered to existing clients who still hold at least 75 percent of their pigment and book within eight weeks of the original procedure. Brow refreshers are for permanent brows that have faded after a year or more.

The salon also runs a Beauty and Wellness Club with a $99 enrollment fee and a $24.99 monthly fee. Retail includes two LashFood conditioning products, a collagen lash primer and a drama mascara. According to the salon, its Google reviews average 5.0 across 36 reviews.
