The studio offers brow lamination, Korean lash lifts, hybrid brow tinting and eyebrow threading, with brow mapping included in every brow service. Brow lamination requires enough brow hair to work with, so clients should skip threading, waxing and tweezing for up to 4 weeks beforehand and avoid trimming for 6 weeks beforehand. Lamination appointments must be spaced at least 8 weeks apart. Clients who don't follow these preparation steps may be turned away. Lamination, Korean lash lifts and hybrid tints are released for booking on the 14th of each month at noon, and threading-only services are released on the 15th at noon for the following month. Clients who aren't sure what they need can book the New Client Eyebrow Threading Only in-person consultation. When booking, clients pick their artist and see that artist's experience level, services, pricing and availability. A client consent form must be completed at booking, and the form links are emailed once the appointment is confirmed.

Each booking requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service. The remaining balance is payable on the appointment day by cash, Zelle or card on file. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the studio may cancel the appointment, and rescheduling then requires a new deposit. Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours' notice, and changes made later may also require a new deposit. A no-show is charged 50% of the total appointment cost. To reach the studio about a late arrival, clients can send a text or an Instagram direct message.

Brow lamination may not suit clients with certain medical conditions, recent treatments or medications, so clients should review the list the studio publishes before booking.

The team is growing, and newer brow artists continue their training at the salon with guidance from Lead Brow Artist Mina Hadey.
