Every lash client has a full consultation before the first visit, and sets are customized to the individual. Styles run from a lighter mini set to classic lashes, hybrid sets that pair classic lashes with handmade volume fans, and volume sets that place handmade fans on each natural lash. Appointments generally take about one to two and a half hours. Refills are recommended two to four weeks after each session and require at least 40 percent retention; otherwise the visit is booked as a full set. Clients with sensitive eyes can request a patch test by email before a service.

Facials range from a 35-minute express treatment to a 75-minute microdermabrasion session. Each facial begins with a consultation covering skin type, concerns, current routine, allergies and medications. Options include a back treatment that addresses acne, congestion, scarring and texture, and a custom facial tailored to concerns such as dryness, acne, sensitivity and aging. The studio recommends professional grade skincare to use alongside treatments.

Brow services include a hybrid brow stain using a custom blended semi-permanent tint matched to each client, brow lamination, and a combined HD Brows service that pairs the two. Waxing is done with a warm soft wax formulated for sensitive skin, and a tweeze-only option is available for clients concerned about wax irritation.

Visit expectations: new clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork. A 5-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, who may receive a shortened treatment with full fees still due, and appointments may be cancelled for clients more than 15 minutes late. Changes need at least 24 hours notice, same-day changes are charged the full service price, and no-shows are charged the full price as well.
