The studio's brow shaping uses hard wax, applied thickly, allowed to set slightly and lifted off so the hair comes out from the root. According to the salon, this leaves fewer ingrown hairs and less breakage, with longer regrowth between appointments, and it is recommended for sensitive areas. Brow tweezing is offered for clients who continue using prescription products. Enhancements such as upper lip, collagen eye pads, brow tint, lash tint and a mini facial rejuvenation can be added to a service, and waxing and tinting enhancements are not sold on their own.

New clients are accepted once or twice a month and must complete a tint test at least 24 hours before any tint service. Clients who have been away for a year or more are treated as new clients. Existing clients book by text, and other questions go to email. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Clients should arrive five to ten minutes early; a ten-minute grace period applies, and later arrivals may have their appointment shortened or moved.

Health history forms and conversations with estheticians are kept confidential, and client information is not shared with outside companies. Special accommodations must be requested before booking, and a questionnaire is completed at check-in. Clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign a consent form and waiver. Children under 9 cannot be left unattended in the studio and may only wait in the waiting area with constant adult supervision.

After waxing, the studio asks clients to avoid heat, friction, prescription facial products, saunas, hot tubs, steam, unprotected tanning and chlorinated pools for 24 hours. Clients using Retin-A or Accutane, or who have had a glycolic or peel facial, should wait at least two weeks before waxing. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead; cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service fee.
