Permanent brow work starts with a free 30-minute consultation to talk through questions before booking. The first appointment usually runs 2.5 to 4 hours and covers the consultation, brow mapping, shape approval, a topical numbing agent and the procedure. Initial healing typically takes about 7 to 14 days, with full healing taking 4 to 6 weeks. A perfecting touch-up around two weeks after the first visit is included. The business says permanent brows last about 1 to 3 years, depending on skin type, sun exposure, skincare and aftercare, and suggests a touch-up every 12 to 18 months. A consultation is recommended before new permanent brows over previous tattoo work.

Waxing appointments are suggested every four weeks. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long, and clients using retinol on the area need to stop two weeks before. A patch test is done first in that case. Clients are asked to wait at least six weeks after giving birth before resuming waxing. For brazilian waxing, a 15-minute gel add-on called the Vagacial Mask is available, and it can also be taken home. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm, with Sunday closed.
