The menu centers on brows: shaping with wax, tweezing or razor, tinting, lamination that sets brow hair in place without gel, and microblading and nano brows. Lash tints, lifts and a Korean-style lash lift cover the lash side, and Brazilian waxing is also offered.

Before a brow service, the shape is worked out with the client, based on face shape, eye set, and whether they want a softer or bolder brow. Brow mapping is a 45-minute service for clients who want the ideal shape measured against their features.

Microblading and nano brows are booked in stages. A consultation comes first, then the procedure, with a deposit that goes toward the final cost and a touch-up booked six to eight weeks later. Cancellations and rescheduling for microblading need a week's notice.

Brow shape is planned around each client's face and eye set, with the aim of a natural-looking brow rather than a made-up one.
