A visit starts with a consultation, where the artist reviews facial features, maps the brow and recommends a technique based on skin type, existing brow hair, any previous pigment and the finish the client wants. Clients approve the mapped design before any pigment or stroke placement begins, and a numbing protocol is used before work starts.

The menu covers microblading, microshading, nano brows made with a machine for fine hair strokes, ombre powder brows with a soft gradient, combination brows, soft pixel brows and restorative brows for sparse or mature brows. Men's natural brows, brow density enhancement and eyebrow scar camouflage are also offered, along with color correction and revival for faded or uneven permanent makeup.

Most permanent brow clients need two sessions, with a perfecting session about six to eight weeks after the first. Permanent makeup fades gradually and may need color maintenance; microblading typically lasts one to two years, and microshading, nano brows and eyeliner typically last one to three years. Touch-ups are for existing clients only, and clients whose brows were done by another artist must first book a brow correction or previous work consultation.

Each design is individually mapped rather than taken from a template, and pigment shades are matched to skin undertone, hair color and natural brow tone to reduce ashy or warm shifts. The online consultation tool offers general guidance only, and final recommendations are made in person.
